Dr. Laura combines her 40 years of yoga experience with over 30 years as a Chiropractor, as well as decades of experience as an exercise instructor, to bring you a class that leaves you feeling refreshed, stronger, more flexible, and better able to balance.
Drop-ins are welcome, Your first class is free. Come and discover how good your body can feel!
Classes are held next door to our office at:
395 Civic Drive, Ste. G, Pleasant Hill
Thursdays 6-7 pm
and Saturdays 10-11 am
(Class change on Saturday 1/11/14 only: noon-1 pm)
